GAME NEWS: Devs explain New Horizons details

Oren pyr, folks! Due to popular demand of the New Horizons dapper grind method, it seems one of the game devs has taken time out to explain (somewhat vaguely, but hey, some explanation is better than none at all!) a few of the new parameters and restrictions on the transporter missions.

You can find the original announcement over here at the official forum, or skip through the page break for a reprint with clarification notes in italics.

You will find in this post some explanations about New Horizons transports and missions.

Explanations

The "To New Horizon" provides transports to go from a city to another in the same nation.

As time goes by, transports will need new elements to keep working.

These elements are :

- water (Flasks of Water from Water Carrier occupation)
flowers (Bouquets from Florist occupation)
maps (Maps of Magnetism from Magnetic Cartographer occupation)
tools (from Toolmaker occupation)
If and only if they need them, transports will buy those products from you (choose "I want to help you.").

However, transporters' resources are limited. They will only buy a limited number of products from the same homin each day. (NOTE: See this living blog post for a running log of these numbers as experienced by Dainan - your experiences may vary)

But they must take care about their providers that may also be their customers.

So, the reward depends on the homin's fame in the nation.

The greater is fame is, the greater the reward will be.

If you have questions, bugs, remarks about New Horizon transports. Please, post them to the official thread on this subject.
